My strength lies in breaking down complicated financial scenarios and rebuilding them into practical, fundable strategies. I take an analytical and strategic approach, ensuring every move is deliberate, well-supported, and aligned with the client’s long-term position—not just immediate relief.

I work closely with SME owners and property owners, with expertise in working capital solutions, property-backed financing, bad CBS recovery, and M&A-related structuring. I focus on helping clients regain control of their financial position while creating a stable path forward.

I believe my role is not simply to help clients borrow money, but to guide them in making the right financial decisions so their business can survive and ultimately win. One achievement I am particularly proud of is helping clients secure over S$42 million in business financing across more than 200 SMEs, supporting operations such as payroll, supplier commitments, and expansion with greater stability and less stress.
