Samuel Seah

I am the Co-Founder, with five years of experience supporting SME and F&B business owners in securing and structuring business financing. My work focuses on relationship building and ensuring submissions are clear, accurate, and aligned with each client’s business objectives.

My key strength lies in building long-term relationships while restructuring challenging cases into viable opportunities. I approach each situation calmly and strategically, especially in high-pressure environments, ensuring that decisions are practical and sustainable rather than reactive.

I work with a wide range of clients across various industries, taking an all-rounder approach that begins with understanding the client’s real challenges before proposing solutions. My areas of funding expertise include trade facilities, mortgage financing, and stock-based loans, which allow me to structure financing strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

I believe that long-term relationships matter more than short-term wins, and this principle guides how I work with every client. One achievement I am particularly proud of is assisting a client in securing S$5 million in stock-based financing, which helped stabilise the business and avoid bankruptcy.

After speaking with me, clients should feel positive, motivated, and reassured—clear about their options and confident about the next steps forward.
